Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a wastewater system, water pipeline and footway in the Bürgeln area of Cölbe to prepare a new residential development, including all ancillary and traffic-management works. The scope includes excavation and pipe installation, approximately 205 m of drinking-water pipeline, sewer manholes and pipes, restoration of asphalt and paved surfaces, traffic safety, testing, documentation, disinfection and microbiological water testing. The works must be carried out from 5 October 2026 to 30 April 2027. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 15 September 2026 at 10:45. Price is the only award criterion; alternative tenders are not permitted, while multiple main tenders are permitted. The bidder must take into account, among other things, the DVGW GW 301 Group W3 certificate, technical standards, evidence, references, workforce and registration information, and the forms required by the tender documents.
