Support for preparing a climate transition plan

Summary

The tender concerns support for preparing and developing a climate transition plan compliant with ESRS 1, using the XDC model. Existing data, assumptions, targets and measures must be reviewed, consolidated and further developed to identify challenges, data gaps and conflicting objectives. The bid deadline is 8 October 2026 at 12:00, and the bid must remain binding until 17 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in text form through the procurement platform. There is one lot and alternative bids are not permitted. The bidder must demonstrate relevant company references, qualified key personnel, sufficient turnover, professional liability insurance and registration for professional activity. The award is based on the price (30%) and a service concept (70%). The service concept may be a maximum of four A4 pages and must explain the workshops, the consistent data-based approach, project outputs, project structure and experience with the XDC Climate Explorer.
