Renewal of electrical installations and lighting in several physics laboratories

Summary

The tender covers the dismantling and renewal of existing electrical installations and lighting systems in four physics laboratories with a total area of approximately 800 m². The works must be carried out to current technical standards while the laboratories remain operational. Work is scheduled to start on 4 January 2027 and be completed by 5 July 2027; the planned construction period is approximately six months. At least three weeks may be unavailable for installation because of radiation operations, and work must be coordinated with the contracting authority and the user at least four weeks in advance. Laboratory shutdowns must be limited to one week. The deadline for submitting tenders is 6 October 2026 at 10:00. The tender must be submitted electronically through the procurement platform, in German, using the required forms. The price is the only award criterion. The procurement is not divided into lots, multiple main tenders are not permitted and variants are not permitted. A valid permit under Section 25 of the German Radiation Protection Act must be submitted with the tender. The tenderer must also provide the required suitability declaration or equivalent qualification-register evidence, experience information, subcontractor details where applicable, and the required financial and pricing documents.
