VE 05.2 – Green roof

Summary

The tender covers the construction of an extensive green roof for the flat-roof extension of the Am Stern district library in Potsdam. The work includes roof insulation and waterproofing, a biodiversity-oriented green-roof system, drainage and rainwater components, aluminium sheet-metal and roofing works, planting, and subsequent maintenance. The roof area is approximately 65–68 m², and the works must comply with the specified DIN standards, FLL guidelines, manufacturer instructions and technical performance requirements. The bidder must provide a qualified responsible person with a roofer or sheet-metal worker qualification who is present throughout the works and speaks fluent German. The deadline for submitting tenders is 16 September 2026.
