L 304, Maxsain–Freilingen road section

Summary

The procurement covers road construction and rehabilitation works on the L 304 between Maxsain and Freilingen, including traffic management, surveying, earthworks, soil improvement, frost protection layers, asphalt milling and paving, drainage works, access roads, delineator posts and coordination of the construction activities. A separate lot covers the removal and installation of steel vehicle restraint systems and motorcycle protection. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 24 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion; a 15% evaluation bonus may apply to bids submitted by workshops for disabled persons if they are otherwise equally economical.
