Fire damper refurbishment

Summary

The tender covers the refurbishment of asbestos-containing fire dampers at Stadthalle Werl, including hazardous-material remediation, removal and disposal of asbestos and old mineral wool, temporary containment and negative-pressure arrangements, related drainage, drinking-water and heating pipework, and installation, insulation and commissioning of new ventilation components and fire dampers. The works are divided into three sections and are expected to take 26 weeks. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 5 October 2026 at 09:00. Price is the only award criterion; alternative tenders are not permitted.
