Training Module and Capacity Building on Human Rights and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in Ghana

Summary

The procurement covers the development and delivery of a comprehensive human rights and disability rights training module for stakeholders in Ghana. The contractor must conduct an inception meeting and needs assessment, develop and finalise the training manual and supporting materials, deliver a five-day residential pilot workshop and a five-day residential Training-of-Trainers workshop, manage the related logistics, and submit reports and deliverables in electronic and hard-copy formats. The assignment is planned for approximately 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027. Tenders must be submitted in English by 24 September 2026 at 1:00 p.m. Berlin time and must include the eligibility self-declaration, financial bid, technical concept and CVs for each expert. The technical bid is weighted at 70% and the financial bid at 30%; only bids scoring at least 500 technical points proceed to financial evaluation.
