Louise Briquette Factory technical monument emergency securing – Lot 313: Facade works, Part 1

Summary

The contract covers facade works for the emergency securing and renovation of the protected Louise Briquette Factory technical monument in Übigau-Wahrenbrück. The scope includes scaffolding, repair of existing facade plaster, crack repair, rendering, cleaning, priming and silicate coating, as well as limited hourly work. The works are planned for September–December 2026. Tenders must be submitted by 17 September 2026 at 13:00. Price is the only award criterion.
