Dredging the polishing pond at Groß Düngen wastewater treatment plant

Summary

The contract covers dredging approximately half of the polishing pond at the Groß Düngen wastewater treatment plant using a floating suction or pumping system, mobile screening and dewatering equipment, and subsequent transport and disposal. The sludge has an initial dry-solids content of 5–7% and must be dewatered to a transportable consistency with a dry-solids content of at least 25%. The scope includes site setup and clearance, preliminary cleaning of 3,400 m² of water surface, DN 150 and DN 100 hose lines, screening of 350 tonnes of sludge, dewatering of 340 tonnes, provision of up to 500 litres of flocculant, sampling and analysis, and disposal of 10 tonnes of screening and rake residues and 340 tonnes of municipal wastewater sludge. The tender must be submitted in German using the prescribed forms by 15 September 2026. Prices must be stated in euros without VAT, with no more than three decimal places.
