Winter maintenance services at sites in Lippstadt, Warstein and Geseke

Summary

The tender covers winter maintenance at LWL sites in Lippstadt, Warstein and Geseke, divided into three lots. The services include snow clearance and de-icing of roads, streets, pavements and areas around buildings. Each winter maintenance period runs from 15 October to 14 April, and the contract may last for up to four winter periods, ending no later than 14 April 2030. The work must generally be completed by 7:00 a.m. each day and repeated when necessary until 8:00 p.m.; at Warstein, a required repeat service may extend until 10:00 p.m. The bidder must price all items for the selected lot or lots, provide the necessary personnel and equipment, and document every service operation using GPS-enabled digital software. Tenders are evaluated on price (70%) and a separate contract takeover concept (30%). Participation is reserved under Section 118 GWB for eligible social enterprises or workshops for people with disabilities employing at least 30% people with disabilities or disadvantaged people.
