Moving and transport services for Hamburg and Lübeck

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for moving and transport services for Deutsche Rentenversicherung Nord at offices in Lübeck, Hamburg, Neubrandenburg and associated locations in Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and Hamburg. The work includes office moves with and without furniture assembly, packing and unpacking support, transport of files, office furniture, boxes, computers and accessories, provision of transport equipment and packaging materials, distance-based transport charges, and disposal of old furniture. The initial service period begins on 1 November 2026; the documents provide for 12-month extensions, with the maximum end date stated as 31 October 2031. There are two regional lots: Lübeck and Hamburg. The bidder must submit net unit prices and totals for the required labour, materials and distance categories.
