Effectiveness monitoring of green bridges BW 23Ü and BW 23.1Ü – faunal surveys for bats, 2027–2031

Summary

Autobahn GmbH des Bundes is commissioning faunal monitoring of two wildlife crossings on the A14, section VKE 1.4: green bridge BW 23Ü and bat crossing BW 23.1Ü. The work comprises three monitoring rounds in 2027, 2029 and 2031, with 15 mist-netting sessions per structure in each round, supported by thermal cameras, followed by annual interim reports and a final report.
