Renovation and modernisation of Coesfeld School Centre: External areas, phase 3

Summary

The tender concerns phase 3 of the renovation and modernisation of the external areas at the Coesfeld School Centre. The works include partial removal of existing paving, stairs, walls, site features and landscaping, followed by construction and repair of paths, paved areas, planting beds, rainwater drainage, lighting and other outdoor features. The plans include repairing and extending granite mosaic paving, concrete and grass-grid pavers, new planting, facade drainage channels, yard drains, a concrete bench with a wooden seat and a seating platform/stage. The specified path build-up is 40 cm in total: a 4 cm dolomite aggregate surface layer, a 6 cm dynamic layer and a 30 cm crushed-stone base. For certain work items, the specified reference product must be named because it has been coordinated with heritage protection and/or used in earlier construction phases. Price is the sole award criterion; workshops for people with disabilities receive a 15% evaluation bonus. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9:00 a.m. on 6 November 2026.
