Summary

AOK PLUS is procuring a framework agreement for property-management services, sweeping and winter services, and maintenance of outdoor areas at its sites in Saxony and Thuringia. The contract is divided into five regional lots: Dresden, Chemnitz, Leipzig, East Thuringia and West Thuringia. Services include site inspections and minor maintenance, cleaning and care of outdoor areas, winter maintenance, and related support services. The agreement is scheduled to run from 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2031, with a maximum total value of EUR 15 million across all lots and no guaranteed minimum call-off volume.
