Building cleaning services: City of Premnitz

Summary

The tender covers regular building cleaning and special cleaning services for the City of Premnitz, as well as a separate glass and frame cleaning lot. Regular and special cleaning are divided into two lots; bidders may tender for one or both lots, but must cover all objects and services within any selected lot. The services cover schools, town halls, sports facilities and other public buildings, together with glass cleaning at various sites. The contract starts on 1 February 2027 and ends on 31 January 2029, with a possible extension of up to two additional one-year periods. The award criteria are tender price (55%) and the amount of productive hours offered (45%).
