External neighbourhood management in the Brandenburg Quarter

Summary

The City of Eberswalde is procuring external neighbourhood management services for the Brandenburg Quarter from 15 January 2026, or alternatively 1 February 2026, through 31 December 2030. The work includes on-site community engagement, coordination and delivery of neighbourhood projects and events, public participation, networking, communications, and support for the Social Cohesion programme. The annual fixed budget is EUR 117,500 gross, with an additional EUR 30,000 per year available for communications and events.
