Passenger and freight elevators

Summary

The tender covers the design, manufacture, delivery, installation and commissioning of passenger and freight elevators for the modernisation of Kampnagel in Hamburg. The scope includes five traction elevators, shaft smoke-extraction systems, temporary construction-elevator arrangements, inspections, five-year maintenance contracts and 24/365 emergency-call services. The bid deadline is 17 September 2026. There are no lots and alternative bids are not permitted. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must submit the required suitability and exclusion-ground declarations, the sanctions declaration, the completed price schedules, the priced bill of quantities in the required digital and PDF formats, and the required insurance evidence. The works must comply with the specified elevator standards and regulations. The bidder must provide its own trained German-speaking installation personnel, appoint an on-site installation manager and safety specialist, and generally perform the work without subcontractors unless the contracting authority grants prior approval. The required operating, inspection, maintenance and as-built documentation must be delivered before acceptance.
