Phase 2 – Façade works and ventilated rainscreen façade

Summary

Burghof-Klinik GmbH is procuring façade works for the second construction phase at its Rinteln clinic, focused on the north wing. The works include the supporting structure, 160 mm mineral-wool insulation and aluminium-composite cassette cladding for the ventilated façade on floors 1–3, the ground-floor façade soffit and the roof parapet; the specified areas include 714 m² of façade, 200 m² of soffit cladding and 56 m² of parapet cladding. The procurement is not divided into lots.
