Design and construction of the Pottgießerstraße car park in Emden

The contract covers the turnkey design, construction and operational handover of a public car park at the corner of Pottgießerstraße and Jungfernbrückstraße in Emden. The building is to provide 190 parking spaces, including 3 accessible spaces and 8 spaces for electric vehicles, across 11 levels. The contractor will manage the design and construction, including the structure, façade, roof, building services, parking markings, commissioning, documentation, maintenance and inspections.
