Woodwork at the DLR Neustrelitz site

Summary

Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt e.V. is procuring woodwork for a new, three-storey hybrid timber office building at its Neustrelitz site. The works include the load-bearing timber structure, ceiling components, façade cladding, timber windows, a mullion-and-transom façade, and steel connection parts. The building is approximately 81 × 20 m, with around 1,520 m² of ceiling area, 1,200 m² of façade cladding, 690 m² of timber windows and 80 m² of curtain walling. The works are expected to run from early January to early September 2027.
