Renovation and extension of Alte Wanne – structural shell works

Summary

The City of Georgsmarienhütte is procuring heritage-sensitive renovation and extension works for the protected Alte Wanne sports hall and youth centre. The works cover earthworks, demolition, drainage, underpinning, concrete and reinforced-concrete construction, masonry, and waterproofing for both the new extension and the existing sports hall and youth centre.
