Facade works

Summary

The Municipality of Michendorf is procuring facade renovation works for the Michendorf primary school campus, covering Houses 1 and 2 and the connecting building. The works include removing and disposing of existing facade insulation and plaster, preparing the surfaces, installing and reinforcing external thermal insulation systems, plastering and painting, and fitting aluminium parapet copings; minor facade repairs are also included for the after-school care building. The bill of quantities covers approximately 1,500 m² of facade work.
