B 5 expansion between Rothenspieker and Reimersbude

Summary

The tender covers a road project on B 5 involving the demolition of four residential houses, sheds and two fire-damaged ruins on Friedrichstädter Chaussee in Oldenswort, together with site clearance and waste management. The works include removal of asbestos- and mineral-wool-containing materials, clearance and stripping of buildings, complete demolition of buildings and foundations, removal of pipework, earthworks and landscaping, and the sorting, transport and compliant disposal of separate waste streams. The quantities include, among other items, removal of 71 m² of asbestos-containing tiled surfaces, dismantling of 330 m² of corrugated asbestos-cement sheets, removal of 620 m² of mineral wool, demolition of approximately 1,300 m³ of residential buildings, and handling of 750 tonnes of concrete waste and 120 tonnes of asbestos-containing construction waste.
