Cleaning and glass-cleaning services at premises of the City of Doberlug-Kirchhain

Summary

The tender covers routine and deep cleaning, glass cleaning and other cleaning services at various premises of the City of Doberlug-Kirchhain. Detailed service descriptions and the list of premises are provided in the tender documents. The contract is divided into four lots: Lots 1–3 cover routine and deep cleaning as well as other cleaning services, while Lot 4 covers glass cleaning. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots. Services are to be provided from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. Under the special contract terms, the contract may be extended once for up to 12 months. For Lots 1–3, the award assessment weights price at 40% and annual cleaning hours at 60%; for Lot 4, price is the sole award criterion. Among other items, tenderers must provide turnover information for the last three financial years, the required insurance and registration evidence, suitable references from the last 36 months, declarations on technical equipment and quality assurance, and an hourly charge-rate calculation. Pricing must take account of the collective-agreement and minimum-wage rates applicable when performance begins. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 2 November 2026 at 10:00; alternative tenders are not allowed.
