Business Notebook Framework Agreement

Summary

Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft is procuring a framework agreement for business notebooks for its institutes and central administration, divided into three manufacturer lots: Lenovo, HP and Dell. The supply covers workplace, developer, mobile workstation and convertible notebook classes, together with docking stations, manufacturer support, hardware repair and optional retention of replaced hard drives for 36, 48 or 60 months. Related services include asset labelling, device-data capture, firmware configuration, device registration, imaging, engraving, safety checks and on-site installation. The framework agreement runs for 24 months, with two possible 12-month extensions.
