General contracting for the school building and gymnastics hall extensions at Baumacker 10

Summary

Hamburg’s school construction authority is procuring the turnkey design and construction of a new school building and gymnastics hall on the Max-Traeger Primary School site. The works cover HOAI service phases 5–8. The three-storey school building will include a canteen and accommodation for eight classes, while the gymnastics hall will have an area of approximately 206 m². Both buildings must meet the EG 40 energy-efficiency standard under the 2023 German Buildings Energy Act.
