KoWo – Kommunale Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH Erfurt is procuring Lot 06 of the climate-resilient transformation of the apartment block at Körnerstraße 9–10 in Erfurt. The works include site setup and preparation, reinforced cast-in-place large-diameter bored piles installed using the cased Kelly method, and the integration of geothermal spiral collectors into the piles. The scope also covers pile-location ordnance surveys, testing, monitoring, disposal of drilling spoil and project documentation.
