Vehicle towing on motorways in Brandenburg from 2026 to 2028 in 4 lots

Summary

The tender concerns vehicle towing, recovery, removal, storage and, when ordered, proper disposal services on motorways in Brandenburg from 2026 to 2028 in four lots. The services will be ordered only when needed under a framework agreement, and no minimum order volume is guaranteed. The bidder must be ready to respond 24 hours a day, 365 days a year: the response time is up to 60 minutes during the day and up to 90 minutes at night, on Sundays and public holidays. The contract runs until 31 August 2028 at the latest, and service must commence no later than 12 working days after contract award. The bidder must provide suitable towing and recovery vehicles, qualified personnel, round-the-clock readiness, the required permits and insurance, and its own storage, quarantine and disposal facilities. Competence for handling electric and hybrid vehicles, proper occupational safety and documentation of every call-out are also required. Additional equipment, special equipment and special handling may be used and invoiced only with the contracting authority's prior instruction or approval.
