Summary

DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude a non-exclusive discount agreement with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible for medicines containing glatiramer acetate, available only as prefilled syringes (ATC L03AX13). The agreement period runs from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028, and the agreement will end earlier if an exclusive agreement for the same active substance takes effect.
