Roof waterproofing and sheet-metal works with green roofing – New Zooterrassen at Zoo Duisburg

Summary

Zoo Duisburg is procuring roof waterproofing and sheet-metal works, including a green roof, for its new Zooterrassen building. The work includes roof insulation and waterproofing, drainage for roofs and terraces, metal roof-edge work, green-roof layers and their maintenance, as well as terrace and external-stair surfacing. The scope includes approximately 850 m² of green roof, 1,694 m² of bituminous roofing, 655 m² of synthetic-membrane roofing and 663 m² of terrace surface. The contract is not divided into lots.
