Cleaning services for municipal properties 2027/2028

Summary

The tender covers regular maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, substitute cleaning, and glass and frame cleaning for Stadt Pulheim’s administrative buildings, schools, childcare facilities, sports halls, fire stations, public toilets and other municipal properties. The procurement is divided into five lots; bidders may submit an offer for one or more lots, but a bidder may be awarded no more than two lots. The services include cleaning floors, furniture, sanitary and kitchen areas, windows and glazed surfaces. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 and may be extended up to twice for one additional year. Offers must be submitted by 8 October 2026 at 11:00.
