Procurement of electrical household appliances for the period 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of electrical household appliances from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The required quantities are 1,100 electric cookers, 1,100 refrigerators, 1,100 washing machines and 20 heat-pump tumble dryers. The products must meet the technical minimum requirements in the tender documents, including the specified energy-efficiency classes, CE-marking requirements, multilingual instructions including German and a minimum 24-month warranty. The offer must be submitted electronically through the procurement platform by 8 October 2026 at 10:00. Paper, email and fax submissions are not accepted. The offer must remain binding until 7 December 2026, and questions should be submitted by 30 September 2026.
