Voice-over-IP migration and SIP-DECT
Summary
Klinikum St. Georg gGmbH is procuring the complete migration of its existing Mitel MX-ONE telephone system to IP telephony and a SIP-DECT solution. The work includes system design, supply of equipment and software, installation, configuration, documentation, commissioning and migration of existing communication services, together with five years of system support. Uninterrupted DECT coverage must be provided across the hospital campus of approximately 22.5 hectares at Delitzscher Straße 141 in Leipzig, including the necessary cabling and construction works. DECT coverage must also be provided at the Eitingonstraße 12 site, without construction works. An outdoor RFP 47 base station is optional for that site. The system must be suitable for critical hospital communications, preserve existing telephone functions and numbers, and support alarm, emergency-call and messaging solutions. The construction work includes, among other things, approximately 7,500 m of data cabling and installation of 357 DECT base-station mounts. Implementation starts after contract award and must be completed by 30 April 2027. The contract runs for five years and requires support 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Price is the sole award criterion (100%). Tenders must be submitted in German electronically through the contracting authority’s platform by 30 October 2026 at 12:00.
