Landscape conservation plan, ecological construction supervision, open-space planning and species protection assessment

Summary

The tender concerns environmental and landscape-planning services connected with the demolition and replacement of the Bergerstraße bridge in Cologne. In the first commissioning stage, the contractor must prepare a landscape conservation plan under HOAI 2021 service phases 1–4 and carry out a Stage I species-protection assessment. In the second, separately called-off stage, the contracting authority may order open-space planning for service phases 3–9 and ecological construction supervision; a Stage II species-protection assessment may also be ordered as an optional service. Tenderers must provide the required qualification and financial-capacity evidence, nominate a project team with the specified experience and submit a priced tender. The expected performance period is 2 November 2026 to 30 April 2027, and the tender deadline is 15 October 2026 at 14:00. Tenders may be submitted electronically only. Price is the only award criterion.
