Framework agreement for the supply and installation of school boards at schools in Düsseldorf

The procurement covers the supply and installation of school boards, projection surfaces and related rail systems at municipal schools in Düsseldorf. The bidder must confirm compliance with the environmental requirements and meet the product safety and quality requirements. If installation uses the specified low-emission work method, evidence of the relevant qualification must accompany the tender. If a proposed product differs from the technical description, the bidder must explain the deviations and provide evidence of equivalence. The contract also requires spare parts to remain available for at least five years, suitable customer service, and quarterly reporting on orders and invoices. The bidder must declare that no exclusion grounds apply and confirm compliance with EU restrictions relating to Russia.
