Tender detail
Fire-simulation container
Summary
The procurement is for the rental of one complete fire-training system built around a 40-foot fire-simulation container. It must include four fire-scene training areas and a partial-flashover (“rollover”) scenario, a control room with touchscreen, and the necessary camera, smoke-generation and extraction, gas- and temperature-monitoring, emergency-shutdown and other technical systems. The contract also covers transport, installation and commissioning, documentation, an operating manual, spare parts, maintenance and servicing. Full technical details are set out in the tender documents. The contract lasts 71 months. The container must be delivered and installed by the first day of the 11th month after the contract takes effect, followed by a 60-month rental period. Bids must be submitted electronically for a single lot. The only award criterion is the net monthly rental fee. The bid must include the completed and signed price table, identifying the manufacturer, model and origin of each item. Bidders must also price the optional items, although the contracting authority is not obliged to order them. No bid guarantee is required, and variants are not permitted. Bidders must meet the stated previous-supply experience requirement and submit the declarations and evidence specified in the notice, including confirmation that no exclusion grounds apply. The bid submission deadline is 10 November 2026 at 10:00.
