Supply of chocolate bars

Summary

The procurement covers the supply to Kaunas Clinics of four types of 50–60 g milk-chocolate bars: coconut-filled bars, up to 17,600 units; nougat and caramel bars, up to 8,000 units; caramel and biscuit bars, up to 18,000 units; and bars with roasted peanuts, nougat and caramel, up to 19,500 units. Tenderers may bid for one or more lots, but must offer the full quantity for each lot they select. Products must meet the applicable food, chocolate, packaging and labelling requirements; required information must appear on the labels in Lithuanian, and secondary packaging must be recyclable. Deliveries are made to Kaunas Clinics against orders within one working day, and products must have at least two-thirds of their shelf life remaining when delivered. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 09:00 Lithuanian time on 5 November 2026 and remain valid at least until 5 February 2027. Tenderers must submit a completed European Single Procurement Document, declarations identifying responsible persons and addressing the restrictions concerning Russia, and an offer form setting out the specific characteristics and manufacturer of the products offered. The supplier must be legally entitled to conduct the activity needed to perform the contract and hold food-handling operator approval. A tender guarantee of 2% of the tender price including VAT is required. Samples are not required. Price is the sole award criterion; the lowest-priced compliant tender ranks first.
