Extension and rehabilitation of the Neamt County water and sewerage system: rehabilitation of Batca Doamnei Water Treatment Plant and extension of the sludge treatment line at Piatra Neamt Wastewater Treatment Plant

Summary

The contract covers the design and construction of facilities for recovering sludge from wastewater treatment plants. The works include an ozone disinfection plant for settled water at Batca Doamnei Water Treatment Plant, a biogas cogeneration plant, thermal sludge treatment for energy and/or material recovery, and covered sludge-drying beds at Piatra Neamt Wastewater Treatment Plant. The contractor must prepare the technical design and permit documentation, carry out the construction works, supply and install technological equipment, test and commission the facilities, monitor their operation during the warranty period, remedy defects and train the beneficiary's or operator's staff. The estimated value is RON 49,584,903.71 and the submission deadline is 30 October 2026. The tenderer must meet the registration, financial capacity, similar experience, quality and environmental management requirements and submit the required European Single Procurement Document and supporting evidence.
