The tender aims to establish a non-exclusive multi-supplier framework agreement for construction consultancy services for small and minor projects at University College Cork. Up to six participating teams may be appointed for specific contracts. Each team must be able to provide a single integrated design team covering architectural services, including DAC, planning and landscaping design; civil, structural and fire engineering; mechanical and electrical engineering; Project Supervisor Design Process services; quantity surveying; and the employer’s representative role.
