Conclusion of a non-exclusive discount agreement for medicines containing piracetam

Summary

DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude non-exclusive pharmaceutical discount agreements with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible for medicines containing piracetam (ATC N06BX03). The agreement is planned for 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028, with a one-time 12-month extension option. The agreement will end automatically if an exclusive agreement for the same active substance enters into force.
