Non-exclusive discount agreement for medicines containing baclofen excluding oral dosage forms

DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude non-exclusive pharmaceutical discount agreements with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible for medicines containing the active substance baclofen, excluding oral dosage forms (ATC M03BX01). The agreements are intended to run from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028, with an option for one additional 12-month extension, and will end automatically when an exclusive agreement for the same substance enters into force.
