Conclusion of a non-exclusive framework discount agreement for rifaximin medicines for 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028

The tender concerns the conclusion of non-exclusive pharmaceutical discount agreements for medicines containing rifaximin (ATC A07AA11) under Section 130a(8) of the German Social Code Book V.
