Operation of the Water Supply System

Summary

The tender concerns the complete technical and commercial operation of the public water supply system as an outsourced service. The contractor must assume and perform the duties arising from the operating management agreement and handle the day-to-day management of the water supply network. As part of the restructuring, the contracting authority will operate the network as a public facility from 1 January 2027; badenovaNetze GmbH will remain the upstream water supplier.
