Open-house discount agreements for medicines 2026-14

Summary

The tender concerns medicine discount agreements for Techniker Krankenkasse and the health insurers HEK and hkk for 2026–2028. The aim is to conclude agreements with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substances, combinations of active substances, pharmaceutical forms, strengths or finished medicinal products specified in the relevant lots. This is an open-house procedure: individual negotiations are not conducted, uniform terms apply to all participants, and no exclusivity is granted to any contractual partner. Companies may join the procedure at any time during the contract period. The period generally lasts up to 24 months, starting no earlier than 1 October 2026 and ending no later than 30 September 2028.
