Framework agreement for external internal audit services

Summary

The tender concerns the engagement of an external service provider to support STADT UND LAND in implementing its annual audit plan. The work will be performed in cooperation with the internal audit function and will primarily cover business processes, real estate management, information technology, and governance, risk and compliance processes. The regular requirement is one to two audits per year, but up to nine audits may be commissioned per calendar year if needed. Construction-related technical audits, construction project audits and other construction audit services are excluded from the contract.
