Open-house discount agreements for medicinal products 2025-15

Summary

The tender concerns the conclusion of medicinal product discount agreements within the Techniker Krankenkasse health insurance system in Germany with all suitable pharmaceutical companies. The agreements cover the active substances, combinations of active substances, dosage forms, strengths or finished medicinal products specified in the relevant lot. This is an open-house procedure with uniform conditions for all participants and no individual negotiations. No exclusivity is granted, and companies may join the procedure at any time during the contract period. The contract duration is generally up to 24 months, starting no earlier than 1 January 2026 and ending no later than 31 December 2027.
