Open-house discount agreements for medicines 2026-03

Summary

The tender concerns discount agreements for active substances, combinations of active substances, pharmaceutical forms, strengths or finished medicinal products, involving Techniker Krankenkasse and, where applicable, HEK and hkk. Agreements will be concluded with all suitable pharmaceutical companies under uniform conditions through an open-house procedure; there will be no individual negotiations and no exclusivity. The contract term is generally up to 24 months, starting no earlier than 1 April 2026 and ending no later than 31 March 2028. Companies may join the procedure at any time during the contract term, but the exact lot, medicinal product and contract conditions must be checked in the tender documents.
