Open-house medicine rebate agreements 2025–16

Summary

The tender concerns the conclusion of medicine rebate agreements between Techniker Krankenkasse and suitable pharmaceutical companies. The agreements cover the active substances, combinations of active substances, pharmaceutical forms, strengths or finished medicinal products specified in the lots. This is an open-house procedure with uniform conditions for all participants and no individual negotiations. Companies may join at any time during the contract period. The usual contract duration is up to 24 months, starting no earlier than 1 February 2026 and ending no later than 31 January 2028; the participating health insurance funds and exact dates may vary by lot. No exclusivity is guaranteed to any contractual partner.
