Framework agreement for painting and wallpapering works in Wohnbau Mainz housing

Summary

The tender concerns painting and wallpapering works in residential buildings owned or managed by Wohnbau Mainz in Mainz and the surrounding areas, usually while the buildings are occupied. The works may cover individual rooms or parts of rooms, entire apartments, apartments prepared for new occupants, and stairwells. The contractor will work only on the basis of separate orders, and bidders are not guaranteed a minimum annual turnover or a minimum number of orders. The estimated volume is approximately EUR 900,000 per year excluding VAT and is expected to be allocated among five companies.
