Open-house discount agreements 2025-10

Summary

The tender concerns framework discount agreements for medicines involving Techniker Krankenkasse and, where applicable, HEK and hkk. Agreements will be concluded with all suitable pharmaceutical companies under an open-house procedure; no individual negotiations will take place and no exclusivity will be granted to participants. The agreement generally covers all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contracting partner, in addition to the medicines specified in the relevant lot. The contract term is generally up to 24 months, starting no earlier than 1 October 2025 and ending no later than 30 September 2027; companies may join the procedure at any time during the contract term.
